bigel music Return Policy
Merchandise accompanied with a sales receipt can be returned for a full refund of the product purchase price, full credit, or exchange within (30) days of purchase.
If payment was made by check, there will be a waiting period of 7 days before a refund can be issued. bullet Returnable merchandise must be in its original packaging and in its original condition showing no signs of wear or abuse.
BIGEL MUSIC cannot take any returns, exchanges, or give credits on opened software, CDs, DVDs or any other similar media, printed material or any item that inherently possesses a health concern. Items with health concerns would include but is not limited to mouthpieces, microphones, headphones, harmonicas or any other item that has been blown into or stuck into your ears.
Musical instruments and amplifiers can only be exchanged within 7 days at the discretion of BIGEL MUSIC and a restocking fee may apply.
Products that are defective may be exchanged for an identical product without the assessment of a restocking fee.
BIGEL MUSIC cannot issue any refunds or store credit on special order items.
